Artist Jane Croy
Jane has a BFA in art and a Master of Arts in Teaching . She has been a professional artist for the past 8 years selling her work in galleries from Naples , Florida to Chicago , Illinois . She has taught both public and private art lessons stressing the need to be your own artist and not a “copy” of the teacher. Jane’s painting style is what she call’s “chunky impressionism” with emphasis on unique underpainting colors and recently she has developed what she calls her “opposite color” paintings. Filled with texture and color, Jane will not only share her techniques but will advise you in your techniques with artistic satisfaction and marketability emphasized. By the end of the class, you should see the colors of Italy both in your mind and in your paintings in a way that will change the way you see and paint colors forever.
