Robert (Bob) Alberetti is a professor of art at Western Connecticut University where he teaches painting, watercolor, collage, drawing and MFA courses. Bob received his BFA from Massachusetts College of Art, an MS from Rhode Island School of Design and his MFA from Arizona State University.
Bob's work reflects his love of color and has been inspired by his extensive travel in Italy, France, Turkey, Spain and Ireland. His most recent works are concerned with the spiritual qualities of light, opaque versus transparent media, varied textures and controlled gestural marks.
